Where are you located?
Our main products are made in our own studio in China, and we usually ship from China.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, agent or store. However, it is very convenient and safe to order our products online! If you can help, please send an email to info@evoia.life.
How much is the shipping cost?
Usually we are free of shipping and tax, please check the payment page for details.
Do you provide free delivery?
Usually we deliver to your door for free, excluding wrong delivery address, no one to sign for the delivery, double delivery, etc.
Do you ship to all parts of the world?
Yes, our products will be shipped all over the world.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The normal order processing time is 3 to 5 business days from order placement to shipment.
Due to the handmade pieces in the Crystal Garden category and jewelry, as well as the larger crystals, it may take longer to pack and ship your order;
We want to make sure your crystals arrive safe and sound! During peak shopping times, processing time may be longer.
evoia.life does not typically ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
The average order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order placement. Sometimes, an order may take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you by email if this is the case with your order.
How long do I have to wait for my package?
Orders typically arrive in 1 week.
International orders may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive.
Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
Do you offer returns?
It depends. All custom items are non-returnable. Additionally, due to limited stock and rarity of many crystals, some crystals will be final sale once sold (will be noted on the product page).
We typically offer returns on bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals within 30 days of the date the package was delivered.
