Change or Cancel an Order
You can choose to cancel your order while it is pending. Once an order is set, we cannot change your address or delivery method, nor can we modify or cancel an order that has already been placed. Please email our team as soon as possible with your cancellation request, as you may not be able to cancel your order if you have already received an order confirmation email. Promotion Terms and Conditions
All items in the Crystal Garden, Handcrafted Custom Categories, Unique Crystals, and Large Crystals are final sales and non-returnable.

Credit Cards – We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
Checks – We do not accept cash or traveler’s checks.
PayPal – Fund your PayPal account with any of a growing list of payment methods. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can complete your checkout using PayPal.
Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. To protect our customers, we want to ensure that every order we place is authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will contact you immediately to ensure that your order is processed quickly.
Sales Tax
We are now required to charge sales tax based on each country and region.
Currency
We recommend that you use the Paypal option for all international orders to process international credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to use this option! Simply select the Paypal option and enter your credit card number.
Shipping and Delivery
How much will it cost to ship my order?
For all international orders, shipping costs will vary based on where you are shipping to, what you are shipping, and how quickly you would like to receive your package. If custom items are outside of our tax exemption range, you will be responsible for paying customs duties.
At checkout, you can select an expedited option if you qualify. Availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and when the order was placed.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The normal order processing time is 3 to 5 business days from order placement to shipment.
Due to the handmade pieces in the Crystal Garden category and jewelry, as well as the larger crystals, it may take longer to pack and ship your order;
We want to make sure your crystals arrive safe and sound! During peak shopping times, processing time may be longer.
evoia.life does not typically ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
The average order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order placement. Sometimes, an order may take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you by email if this is the case with your order.
How long do I have to wait for my package?
Orders typically arrive in 1 week.
International orders may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive.
Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
Why is my order taking longer than usual to arrive?
Once the package is picked up and handed off to the shipping vendor, evoia.life is no longer responsible for additional delays that may occur.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking to stay updated on the whereabouts of your order. If you have a deadline or a strict timeline, we strongly recommend that you choose expedited shipping.
My order says that the shipping label has been created. What does this mean?
When you receive a shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information shows that the label has been created and the carrier is “waiting for item”. Your order has been handed off to the carrier, but it may take a while for them to update the tracking information. Please allow 10-14 business days and let us know if there is no further movement within this timeframe.

My package tracking says “Returned to Sender”. What do I do now?
If your package was returned to sender, there may be an issue with your shipping address that is preventing your order from being delivered and your package will be returned to our warehouse.
International Orders
For all international orders, shipping costs will vary based on where you are shipping to, what you are shipping (weight), and how quickly you would like to receive your package.
It can take up to 1-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you selected when placing your order. We do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible! However, once your package leaves evoia.life headquarters, we cannot control how quickly it arrives at your doorstep.
Return Policy
Do you offer returns?
It depends. All custom items are non-returnable. Additionally, due to limited stock and rarity of many crystals, some crystals will be final sale once sold (will be noted on the product page).
We typically offer returns on bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals within 30 days of the date the package was delivered.
How do I start the return process?
To request a return:
Go to our website and log into your account.
Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
Once completed, our customer service team will review your request and approve or deny it.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to ship your item back to our warehouse.
When do I need to ship the item back to evoia.life?
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 30 days of receiving the package.
Is shipping refundable?
No.
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it promptly. Happy customers make happy crystals!
Tracking Your Return
We recommend that you return your item in a padded envelope and that the package be insured. evoia.life is not responsible for replacements if the item is lost or stolen in the mail.
Once your return has been accepted, please follow the instructions emailed to you.
Exceptions
Shipping charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.
If your jewelry is broken within 90 days of purchase, evoia.life will provide you with a one-time replacement due to manufacturing defects (or an equal value replacement if the item is out of stock).
Please email a photo of your jewelry to info@evoia.life within that time frame. We will then ship you a brand new piece of jewelry. Please note that it may take 20 business days for your replacement jewelry to ship.
Damaged Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service immediately. All damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the item.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note that returns take 3-10 business days to process after they arrive at our facility.
It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card account.
